Rent: $941.33 per month (approx. $235 per week) – equal share, plus shared utilities (water, gas, electricity and internet). No bond required. No current pets.

House vibe: easy-going and relaxed professionals who like to cook, host boardgame and vinyl record nights, get in the garden, watch movies, recycle bottles and cans for our 10c piggy bank, and socialise with friends. Open and inclusive house that welcomes a respectful, tidy, considerate, working professional with great communication. Non-smoking household.
