Description of the home

You’ll have use of two private bedrooms in a modern 3-bedroom townhouse. Both are currently unfurnished, but can be furnished if required.
Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and fit a queen-sized bed, but are on the smaller side. My housemate had it setup as one as the bedroom and the second as home office/extra wardrobe and storage space.

The common spaces are already furnished, but you’re welcome to add some of your own things to make it feel like home.

There are 2 separate toilets and a shared bathroom, laundry, entry space, secure garage if you have a car, outdoor storage shed, plus a lovely little courtyard where a green thumb could def liven it up!
