Bond will be payable, per room, to the outgoing tenant you're taking over a room from.
Our existing 12-month lease is ending in September, so we are rolling over into a month-to-month arrangement while we search for 2 tenants who'd like to take over and sign onto a new lease with the tenants staying at the property.
About the property:
Our house is spacious, bright and comfortable, with a large open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Will be living with best dog (Ninja), cat (Tink) and bunny (Onyx). Just a 10 minute walk to the heart of Yarraville and the station however there is plenty of street parking. Our home is located right across from a gorgeous park/walking trail, tennis courts, footy ovals. Where we are located is a short walk/drive from cafes and shops, and is <15 min drive from beaches - very convenient during the summer!
ROOM 1: The room available now (first room pictured) is furnished, but can come unfurnished if required, and is ready for an immediate move-in once approved by the real estate.
ROOM 2: There is also a second room is located at the front of the house with plenty of natural lighting however comes unfurnished.
There’s a generous backyard and decking, making for a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the afternoons.
There are already 3 pets in the home, so our ideal flatmate(s) will be animal lovers, but they will not be able to bring any pets of their own.
Ultimately, we are looking for tidy, respectful, reliable tenant(s) to sign onto our lease.
At this stage, we would prefer no couples.
