Gorgeous Edwardian home in Yarraville, very well maintained with renovated modern kitchen. Lush front and back garden, with small courtyard and lawn out the back.

Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Only 3 minutes walk to Seddon station and a short walk from Seddon, Yarraville and Footscray shops.

To share with just one other - I'm Julie, 36 y/o health professional. I lead a pretty full life during the week with work and other commitments, so generally get home late and stay quiet at home. On the weekends I'll lay low and see friends, or get away climbing and hiking if the weather is good.

House fully furnished.

Happy to have flexible start date, but looking for only short term stays of 1-2 months. Cheers!

I go away frequently on the weekend (climbing, hiking), but if i stay at home I lie low to do some reading/project work, go out to see friends or have people round for a drink or a meal.
