Two storey brick home close to 1 mile beach with a room available to rent. there is driveway parking or street parking available.

The house has a large rumpus on ground floor, or a smaller bedroom upstairs for you to choose from. The house is equipped with laundry and backyard access, and is fully furnished (even bedding if you need). Kitchen is full of of china, glass wear and cutlery & utensils, so just BYO clothes. You will also have your own full bathroom. Large veranda to enjoy the afternoon sun and a nice big backyard that is my current project to make even more beautiful.

You will be sharing your house with a 50+ female and her elderly dog who enjoys the beach, pottering around in the garden and reading. I am quiet, clean and keep to myself.
