You don’t just have to rent one room but I’m easy going. What ever you feel comfortable with and whatever alines with work schedules. I have a fridge and freezer and is plenty big enough, no need for your own. Happy to share the whole house obviously, I’m a barely home , just be respectful and mindful of the animals as well.

The front yard is triple the size of the back yard.
The house is two story.
The house is located minutes away from the shopping centre, Woolies, etc, we have public transport, restaurant’s, and fast food all close by.
A boat ramp is also a 5 minute walk followed by the local park And the beach
The house isn’t huge but is 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, we have a front area, a back area, and a huge front yard, the backyard alone is a decent too. I have two big tv’s and a big L shaped lounge.
I have a bbq and outdoor area
Now it isn’t just me living here.. you would have to share it with my two dogs (pearl and odin), and my cat (ocean)
