Everyday needs in Laurieton which is 4 minutes by car and everything you might need in Port Macquarie which has two shopping malls. Good size kitchen with dishwasher and lounge room with door to the garden and access to the laundry room.

John, the owner of the home lives on his own after his wife passed away last year. He is quite fit and goes out most days to various activities. Cooks simple meals, or he eats out at the Bowlo or RSL. If you are after a drama-free home and don't mind doing your share of cleaning & tidying then we will get on fine.
