Before I start you need to sign tenancy agreement if your not ok with that then don't bother looking

I'm a very easy going guy pretty chill I am currently working at a McDonald's and sons wood factory getting home at 2am at night going to bed around 2:30- 3:30 am in the morning

But I can be very head strong if you don't do what I ask and what I expect to look after my house

I do like a very clean and tidy house i have a washing machine a dryer and a heater no air con though which is a shame

I just believe if you just keeps my house and tidy and clean up after your own mess and have resonable behaviour and i dont mind banter is always good fun then we will get along just fine

the only thing is I don't have anything in my house I have only one spare bed but no bed frame or bed base and no other bed stuff. No couch or lounge only two chairs. I have a tv but not a good one like a 4k tv but I do have an outdoor living table that's about it.

Please don't ask to buy stuff for you I won't do so you need to buy your own stuff

And please understand this is a non furnished house

There will be more discussion of what I expect from you wants we have face to face interview
