Beautiful and luxurious architect designed home located in a serenely quiet area of Cameron Park. Large, spacious, with great airflow and ducted air to all areas of the house. Has a fantastic chef's kitchen, two entertaining decks and extra storage space. Close to the shops both at Cameron Park, Edgeworth and Glendale, so everything you need is close by. There is even a Costco 10 mins away (cheap everything including petrol). The house has an internal garage, of which half belongs to the new tenant - to be used for their car or storage as you're also welcome to park in the driveway.

Ideally, I'm looking for single additional male occupant, looking for a home with the space to accommodate their hobbies and storage needs.

Bills and expenses

Bills include water/electricity/gas (on cheap plan), lawnmowing and 100 Mbit internet. The house consists of myself and my 19yo son who is here 50% of the time. Bills will be split equitably between house members, since my son lives here 50% of the time, I will pay 1.5 persons worth of the bills.
