The bedroom for rent is on the ground floor, very easy access and has morning sun if you choose to open the shutters. The room has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a chair, bedside table and lamp.

The cottage has been recently renovated, has polished floors throughout, tasteful and comfortable vintage style furniture, off street parking, a sunny little veranda out the front, a private covered courtyard and pretty backyard with trees, herbs and pot plants.

There are cafes and hotels, restaurants, parks, the harbour and nature walks all within a few blocks. There are cycle ways all the way into Newcastle and the beaches. Public transport is also very close and easy.

It’s a nice little neighbourhood - everyone is busy but friendly.

Internet is available but currently de-activated. (I just use my mobile data). It can be reactivated at a small charge of $25 per week.
