Two rooms (one large bedroom with ensuite and one smaller study both included in weekly rental) available in a large old quirky house in Hamilton with high ceilings, floorboards, huge backyard with enormous beautiful trees, two spacious living rooms with piano and two bathrooms.
Seeking 35 - 40+ - Would suit a couple or working professional or a higher ed/Phd student looking for a homey, progressive thinking, left leaning, fun household with lots of space and friendly to visitors.
4 weeks bond.
2 weeks rent ahead to secure once decided.
Utilities split evenly.
About me - 45+ professional predominantly Work From Home based, however I also spend chunks of time in Sydney and travel a lot otherwise. Highly social, into the Arts, writing, swimming, politics, social justice, going out dancing and for music etc.
Easy walk to Hamilton, Marketown, 6 mins drive to beach. 25 mins walk to Bar Beach.
Available 5th April 2024.
