Home Description
Description of the home
This is a spacious, character-filled 2-bedroom home with off-street parking and a good-sized yard. Built in the 1950s, it has a unique vintage vibe, gold light switches, decorative architraves, and original floorboards throughout.
The living room and both bedrooms have ceiling fans, plus there’s an air-conditioner in the lounge that cools down the whole place. The kitchen is large with a gas stove, perfect if you enjoy cooking.
Location is unreal: a 2-minute walk to Beaumont Street and only 20 seconds to The Bennett Hotel and park and race coarse at the end of the street.
There’s both an indoor and outdoor toilet, and out the back there’s a small boxing/fitness setup if you’re keen to train.

I’m into music, skateboarding, and a bit of boxing. Always happy to share a meal or my Netflix password and I make a mean burger. I’m a respectful housemate who mostly does my own thing, but I’m up for bbq or a chat anytime.
naturally helps out around the house without being asked and shows simple day-to-day respect, like grabbing your clothes off the line if it’s about to rain.
I work from home 3-4 days so I’d prefer not to live with someone who works from home full-time. One or two WFH days is totally fine,
