Cute 2-storey brick 3 bedroom terrace/townhouse in a quiet street and good neighbourhood surrounded by other terraces and duplexes and palm trees. Lounge room is furnished with a bookshelf and lounges (however no TV as we have our own TVs in our own bedrooms) and dining room is fully furnished. Main living areas are tiled or have floor boards. Bedrooms have carpet. Terrace has a cute little paved courtyard with clothes line. Suitable for outdoor entertaining with friends.

Current photos of available bedroom homes our former roommates Queen Size bed comfortably, however the room would be more suitable for a double sized bed. Room is large enough to fit a chest of drawers and tv unit/tv and 2 x bedsides. Room is unfurnished.

Close to amenities such as Marketown and short drive to beach. 15min walk to The Junction and 5-10mins to Newcastle Jockey Club.

Will need to bring own fridge.
