Small house in the trendy part of Islington on a good street. A short walk to Beaumont St.
Twelve foot ceilings in all rooms, large bedrooms. Only a small lounge room and kitchen I'm afraid but it makes up for it by being close to everything. Great property manager. Large backyard and animal friendly. House is fully furnished apart from bedroom. Plenty of on-street parking available.

About the occupants
I'm Emma, I'm 25 and I work as a paralegal full time. I'm also studying full time and heavily involved in community volunteering, so other than Saturday I'm not home all that much. I'm vegan and an animal lover. I'm also pretty involved with my church. I'm an introvert and pretty much keep to myself, I rarely have people over as I'm generally out and about.
Compatible people
I'm looking for someone who's happy to live with the animals, is respectful of my veganism and who is either pretty quiet or often out. Happy for people to come and go, but not so much the late night parties. I'm looking for someone either working full time or studying full time and who's happy to help keep the place tidy. I'm not a super neat freak but I do like things to stay organised.
Description of pets
I have two dogs, a greyhound and a pug cross. The greyhound spends daytime hours outside and comes inside at night, the little guy stays inside during the day and night. Both are extremely friendly. I also have a tame sun conure who lives inside, he can be pretty loud but he does sleep from 5pm to 7am, so he doesn't make too much of a nuisance. I've got three guinea pigs as well that live indoors.
