About the occupants
I'm relaxed, funny and friendly. I like to keep my home very clean and I do all the cleaning - so you you only need to clean up after yourself in shared areas ;)

This home is a peaceful sanctuary that you can escape to. The apartment is kept quiet with all of my socialising with friends done outside of the home. I work 4 days per week and in my spare time I hang with friends or create artwork.

I'm really friendly but I give others their space. I'd really prefer a respectful flatmate that treats the home as a bit of an escape and sanctuary and a quiet pad, rather than any social hub. It's a great apartment if you just want somewhere to relax at the end of a long day.

I've always got on really well with my flatmates over the years and stayed in touch with them.

I’d say the only drawback is that my flooring is incomplete right now and there is concrete floors with rugs. Hopefully not a dealbreaker.
Compatible people
I think having a mutual respect and understanding, along with a relaxed and positive nature would make an ideal flatmate. No big drinkers or big party goers please.

I expect the other person to be mindful and clean up after themselves only. If you're a quiet geek or just a down to earth, friendly chick, this would be ideal. Someone who likes a chat and catch up, sometimes a movie etc but also likes their own space.
Description of pets
I have x1 quiet grey cat and a small friendly and sweet doggo who sleeps most of the time in my room! They’re all very lazy and won't bother you at all.
