Close to mayfield woolworths, Maitland road for buses and coles etc... 20 mins from Newcastle on the bus or 15 mins by car. It's a great location but will be sharing with myself and 2 elderly beagles.
I love my dogs they are my children so looking for a dog friendly person. Prefer non smokers, working preferably and aged between 40 -50. Can negotiate price as woild like to keep one of the 3 rooms as a spare for friends and family of both residents. I also use as a home office but if guests are here will move to my own room. I wfh 2 days a week. Bills can be included or happy to work out once bills are in.

Bills and expenses
Bills to be discussed but split 50/50 unless only living at property part time. There is gas, electricity, water usage and internet and also lawn maintenance.
