Description of the home

You basically get a whole house to rent to yourself for 90% of the time! I've (Mitch) just made the move to Sydney for work, but will be back every second or third weekend with my partner (Janna).

I'm offering a spacious double room and a single room. The house is situated in a quiet suburban Mayfield. The house is ideal for working professionals, couples or single mums. The area is safe and quiet which makes it fantastic for shift workers as well!

The property is a 5min drive from the CBDor a 100m walk to the bus stop or a 5-10min walk to the train station. Neighbours are friendly yet respectful. Has a gorgeous front and backyard which will be maintained fortnightly by family friends.

Outdoor laundry, oversized kitchen, open plan living, large outdoor entertaining area (deck, BBQ etc.), air-conditioned common areas, lovely and well manicured front and back yard (these will be looked after by myself when I visit or by family).

Furnishings - common areas are furnished Inc fridge, dishwasher, dining table, lounge, coffee table, some cooking utensils.

Additional items required - washing machine, TV, some cooking utensils.
