Bills and expenses
WiFi is $20 extra a month. Rent includes water. Gas and electricity split evenly. You'll be taking over the lease so the shortest stay is 8 months with the opportunity to stay longer (as far as we are aware). Bond will be $666. (Sorry it wouldn't let me change the options properly)
