Hey :)
My name is Ellen. My sister, Georgia, and I have just bought a beautiful house in the Newcastle area.

We have one beautiful room up for grabs. Fresh carpet, ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning (we only use this if needed) built in wardrobe, blinds on windows and doors for privacy. The room is furnished with a bed (mattress and frame), bedside table

Our outdoor area is a work in progress. We have a beautiful dining, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. Internet, smart TV, laundry (washing machine and dryer) and an off street car park available. Heaps of on street parking too.

My sister and I work full time. We’re quiet and private, but also keen for Netflix nights and board games. We also love a grazing platter.
We have 2 kittens and they are the most important things. As such, additional pets are not appropriate at this time.
