I’m looking for 3rd person to share my 3 bedrooms house. The room is available now. Water view property and well maintained at Warners Bay.

Room size: 3.8m x 3.6m

1km gentle walk along the lake to Coles, variety of restaurants & cafes, shops, chemist etc.

***ALL COMMON AREAS ARE REGULARLY CLEANED & DISINFECTED*** (excluding your bedroom)

Looking for a housemate who can be a working professional or shift worker. Must be neat and clean. You will be sharing the house with 2 friendly professionally employed (str) guys in their 30’s and 40’s.

An interested tenant who can manage discipline and respect the space of others in the house. Also this is not a party house. Weekly rent includes water, electricity and wifi.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

All essential appliances are available in the house.

1km drive to Warners Bay Shopping Precinct, Restaurants, and Supermarkets.

$300/week

Move-in Requirements:

2 Week Rent & 2 Week Bond.
