This sunny townhouse has everything you need to live comfortably and is in a perfect location. 300m walk to The Junction shops, next door a cafe and GP surgery. 300m to National Park. 800m to Bar Beach. You'll be sharing just with a 36yo male who is a junior doctor and spends most his time at work or studying, and enjoys chats over dinner. You will have your own queen bedroom with a queen bed, built-in triple door robe, ceiling fan, and hot/cold air conditioning unit. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house where there's another bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor is a kitchen, dinning and lounge room, and balcony. On the ground floor there's another toilet and laundry.

This is a perfect house for a student or professional looking for a clean and quiet space to live in a fantastic location.

I own the property, but will be living in England for 5 months to support family. I will be contractable via WhatsApp or Messenger during your stay should there be any issues, and I have people in Newcastle who can support you/ fix any issues with the house should any arise while I'm away.
