Description of the home
Our house is located in the heart of Wallsend: a two-minute walk to the library, bus stop, and shops like Coles, Aldi, and Priceline. The house is really close to Federal Park and Wallsend Park. We have space in the driveway for another car, but there's also ample space for street parking.
Your bedroom can fit a double bed, a desk, and a wardrobe/dresser. The kitchen is pretty modern, and the bathroom is separate to the toilet. The lounge room is our hub for post-work hangouts: watching shows, gaming, dinners, or just being in each other's company.
We've lived in this house for a couple years now. Our other roommate is vacating her room, so we have recently refurnished some of the house. It's still a work-in-progress, and we're welcoming you to help us with that. We're striving for the cosiest vibes ever!

We are graduates from the University of Newcastle. Joaquin works in retail, and Holly works as a graphic designer. We both value the upkeep and positive dynamic of the house, so we are looking for someone who is tidy, organised, respectful, and easygoing!
We both do a lot of hobbies together: playing tennis, watching shows, gaming, piano, board games, eating different foods, and making art!
About Joaquin:
I'm from the Philippines, and have been living in Australia for a few years now. I graduated from architecture. You'd usually find me on a tennis court, or playing games lol.
About Holly:
I'm from the Central West, and moved to Newcastle for uni, where I graduated from Visual Communication Design. I enjoy a cosy night in, with a good book and a hot choccy!
