This is a fantastic opportunity to live in a spacious and bright house in Waratah West. The house is in excellent condition and is located on a quiet street close to public transport options.

Located close to Waratah or Jesmond shops (3 mins drive) close to the Uni of Newcastle (3min mins drive). 15 mins to Newcastle city centre. Newcastle beach is 20 mins drive away.
