Its a small 2 bedroom unit home its quarter an acres in total size big back yard and garage the room i am giving to someone has a utility room next to it to also use at your free will, you can fit another bed in there for guests if you would like as well as access it threw your room, My house has a kitchen/lounge room set up in one it was newly renovated in 2018 and used as an air bnb for a few years into i brought it in 2021 has internet/tv hot water everything you need, front and back porches.

Electric internet and water that's it that we will halve anyway, The room is rent free for whoever needs it in tough times like these, i don't mind having a room mate and helping someone out my house is paid off i don't need the money, Its just 2 rooms that never get used, i don't mind is a male or female or couple of any sort use it, It would be nice to have a house mate, moved to the country a year ago so don't see my mates as much as i use to in the city.
