Description of the home
Hi there! We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in a lovely share house in Pomonal. It is a large, fully furnished house, with ample garden space and a pizza oven in the backyard. There is an amazing view of Gariwerd/the Grampians through the windows, and lots of wildlife around (kangaroos and lots of birdlife). The current tenants are Bronte (30 yrs old) and Marcello (27 yrs old), both working full time and interested in cooking, crafting, board games, and chatting by the fire. Flea, Marcello's dog, also lives with us - he is an 11 year-old Bull Mastiff x Irish Wolfhoud - a gentle giant who loves to sleep inside during the day. We are lucky to live here and would love to find a third housemate to help share the rent and utilities.
Your room comes with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. The shared spaces include a large kitchen/dining room, a large lounge, a home office, and ample, fully fenced backyard space.
Rent = $160 per week
Internet = around $25 per month
Power = TBC (paid quarterly and very affordable as we have solar panels)
