My house is fully furnished I can provide a queen sized bed or you can bring your own

Access to laundry, kitchen, I would say it’s a shared bathroom only because it’s the main bathroom I have my own ensuite so the bathroom would really be yours I wouldn’t use it only for the rare occasional bath ( which I never do ) plus if visitors come over they tend to use that bathroom as it’s the main but my family always use my personal bathroom
Toilet is seperate from bathroom area but still they would both be yours family or friends may occasionally use the toilet

I have two cats who are giant ass mainecoons they basically own the house my female is normal my kitten boy is a little goblin at his age he is annoying as hell to me but he is very friendly and always wants to be picked up and babied ( even though he’s the size of a car and weighs more than a fridge ) he likes to think he’s a smol boi who require the loving all the time from anyone and can be quite demanding about it , my female is quite reserved takes her a while to warm up to people but once she knows you’re not here to kill her Mumma she likes you haha

I would prefer someone without pets unless they’re like snakes , spiders anything small I don’t mind, it’s just too much hassle for my female mainecoon to accept any newcomers ( cat or dog wise ) my male couldn’t care less he’s still a baby and just want to play 24/7

Cleanliness would be fabulous as I have only lived with my now ex boyfriend who was so messy I went mental and my ex roommate who left coffee ground all over the kitchen and had a random obsession with needing to use a minimum of 5 cups at a time haha

JellyBean aka beanie aka boo boo aka ahhbubba aka gibby my 4.5 year old female mainecoon who has the immune system of a peanut she’s always been a chronically ill cat but her flare ups come and go she’s just a sensitive girl she’s timid to new people takes her time to warm up to people after than she will like to occasionally lay on your feet it’s her go to “ hmmm I like you lemme just lay here for a while “
My almost 2 year old male mainecoon Pudding who I gently call Goblin, Gremlin or Gerkin
He’s a character and a half as mainecoons grow for 4 years he’s still a kitten but he is massive he’s 14kgs and the length on a bed but thinks he’s a baby and requires uppys at all times thinking he’s Smol but no he’s like lifting a fridge, he is very qwerky and rambunctious at his age he is very friendly and will require you to pat him as soon as he meets you
Look the cats own the house at this point I just live here and pay for their immaculate life style
They eat ALOT due to their breed you would almost think pudding hasn’t been fed in days when in reality it’s been about 5 minutes he only annoys me for food by the occasional ( by I mean every single bloody morning ) at 3 am by sitting on my head and screaming at me
They are a very fun breed in cat but also they’re my responsibility I don’t expect anyone to clean up after them I may occasionally ask you to given them food if I’m running late from work or spend the night at my BFs if not it’s completely okay they will not die without food for a few hours they’re just dramatic as hell hahah
There is only one rule in my house and it’s to not let my cats out they are an indoor breed and have an outdoor enclosure they are a registered breed and due to them being half wild animal they are a problem to the outside as they can hunt bigger than them and if caught by a ranger they are legally allowed to put them down due to the breed of cat they are and the back door trust me he’s a runner and she’s a track star they just go for it but they don’t try and escape through the front unless given enough opportunity they are highly intelligent and little Houdinis
