It is 4 bedroom house. The lease is 3 months .

Then if you want to move out ,give 4 weeks notice . The bond is 2 weeks , and 1 weeks rent in advance. All bills included ( power bill, water bill, internet bill ,gas bill ) and WIFI, 1 rooms for let ,The room has a rotating fan on the ceiling for cooling in the summer and the room has a lockable door with key for safety reason. Cameras are outside of the house .Fully furnished with a double bed ,a wardrobe a chair ,a table, a dustbin and shared bathroom . Kitchen and dining area , laundry with washing machine.
Two fridges, are for the tenants. 8 clotheshorse in the backyack .No pets.
