Hi,
I am looking for a flatmate to move in to my rental in Alkimos Vista, I have been the only tenant since the house was brand new at the start of 2024.
The right tenant will basically have one end of the house to themselves including sole use of the main bathroom and toilet as I have an ensuite in the master bedroom. garage space is available for off street parking and shared living areas include living room with large dining table, modern kitchen, theatre room and patio with bbq and smoker.
As for me I am 35 years old, work partially from home, love cooking and heading out for a beer and good food, I like to stay pretty quiet and am very sociable but also respect privacy and like my own space.
