Leafy Green Retreat in the river side suburb of Applecross. A wholesome place to rest and unwind. The proximity to the Swan River and the abundance of mature trees and parks provides for an abundance of recreation options and a quick commune with nature.

Being centrally located in the Perth Metro area creates a good base to explore from with particularly good links to Perth City and Fremantle City.

-2 min walk to bus stops.
-10 min walk or a short bike ride to Swan River, parks, local grocery
stores, cafes and restaurants.
-5 min drive to Westfield Booragoon shopping centre.

Sharing with just 1x adult (myself) plus my two small children who live with me 50% of the time.

Home has 1x Shared bathroom. 2x toilets. Small amount of storage can be provided in shed/garage. Lovely green front courtyard with lots of birdlife. This is not a party house but a relaxing retreat from the busy world.

Room comes with single bed, wardrobe/storage shelves, TV desk and chair. Happy to consider alternative furniture for the right person.

About the occupants
I am a single father to 2 amazing children who live in the house with me 50% of the time.
I work in the city Mon-Fri in a professional role. My hobbies are focused around health & fitness, spirituality (yoga, breathwork, meditation), camping, hiking, paddle boarding. When I'm not out on adventures I prefer quiet time at home such as reading, TV or playing video games. And of course I spend lots of time with my children who live with me half the time - they can definitely add a more playful element to the house when they are there but they are well behaved.
Although I like my solo time to recharge my batteries I am also friendly, tolerant and an open communicator.
I like to try and maintain some order and cleanliness to the house and have a regular cleaner to support that, included in the rent.
