One bedroom is available for rent in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home from 9 August.

The room is unfurnished and would comfortably fit a queen-size bed and a desk. You'll have sole use of the second bathroom, as we use the ensuite. Parking is available on the driveway.

Our home is walking distance to Garden City shopping centre, 10 minutes from Bull Creek and Canning Bridge train stations and walking distance to two bus stops that heads towards Perth City.

Rent is $300 per week, with electricity, gas, and water usage split three ways. We have solar panels so power bills tend to stay reasonably low. A bond of 2 weeks is required upon signing.
