Apartment is 2 years old! “Matheson on Kearns”.
It’s a luxury location and fit out. Miele appliances, floors to ceiling tiles in bathrooms, oak floors, lots of light, high ceilings, ducted zoned air con, stone bench tops. Apartment is fully furnished. Room is not furnished and has larger mirrored BIR. Room will fit a queen bed.
Massive balcony facing the city and river, with stunning views. I’m a Working professional and very clean and tidy. I keep busy and enjoy training. All the bars, shops and restaurants you could want on the doorstep. It really is a great lifestyle and location.
