Hi, My name is Bryce. I am a 41 year old male ( I don't care what your sexuality is, you do you boo.) I am the owner of the Property and I live alone. I have lived alone for the past 15 years, so this will be quite new for me. I am a bit of a hermit and like my sanctuary. However I have just purchased this property and they keep raising the interest rates and I am struggling to afford. I am hoping I can help someone out as they would be helping me out.
I work in the city, my industry is the Arts. My hours can occasionally be erratic but mostly I am a 9-5.
I like to watch tv/movies, play video games, read and enjoy gardening(gardens that yield produce, not just prettiness). I don't have that yet as I can't afford. But with time I hope to turn this property into a farm.
I am a fairly easy going person who accepts all walks of life and try my best not to judge, but there are those out there who make it difficult not to if you get my meaning. I am a huge believer in you can do whatever it is you like, as long as it does not affect or stop another from doing whatever they like.
I don't generally have many people around or have parties, again I like my sanctuary.
I enjoy cooking and trying new recipe's but don't ever ask me to make a recipe twice. For some reason I always make the first prefect and then mess up the second.

I am looking for a quite person who is a bit of a hermit too, but also don't mind if you are not and like having people over. Will get me out of my comfort zone which is a good thing. As I said I respect all walks of life, and would like a flat mate with similar values. Respect each other, our spaces and our stuff, our life choices. Do unto others as they say.
Description of pets
I actually do not have a dog yet but I intend to get one, so I thought I better say I have one. I have had a dog in my life always since I was young. The dog will be an inside dog, but outside when no one home.
