We are a friendly trio of housemates—two women (ages 23 and late 40s) and one man (age 22)—working in education, night-shift merchandising, and retail. Our home is relaxed and respectful, valuing cleanliness and open communication.
You'll also be sharing the space with two well-behaved pets:
An elderly cat who enjoys quiet companionship and occasionall pats.
A fun-loving, ball-obsessed 2-year-old Staffy x Ridgeback
We enjoy occasional shared meals, movie nights, and weekend outings, but we also respect each other's need for personal space and downtime.
We're seeking a tidy, respectful, and easygoing individual who appreciates a harmonious living environment, who is responsible for thier own living cleanliness and has had experience with this already. A full-time employed tenant, at the very least secure casual worker to ensure rent and utilities are paid on time.
Preferably a non-smoker of any type however this can be discussed in a meet and greet as we do already have a mixture of smokers and mon-smokers in the house. Note that there are landlord rules to abide by when it comes to this. This must be respected as it is with all of us.
