Description of the home

Sorry there are no photos right now. I have a lot to tidy up first (yard/pool mainly).
The house itself is fairly small. The bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms are an average size.
But it has a decent sized backyard along with a pool, gamesroom and evap aircon in the loundroom.
It's about a 3 minute drive to either armadale or haynes shopping centers and a 5 minute walk to the closest bus stop.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, internet and gas divided.
As i'm the home owner I will pay the water rates, the housemate/s will pay the excess water.
I have netflix, stan and other programs on my tv/ps4 in the loundroom. If you wish to use them i'll expect you to chip in an extra $10 a month or whatever is discussed.
I would appreciate some money to go towards the pool salt every month to keep the pool clean. (About $10)

I'm Jordon the homeowner and only occupant. I'm 23 and a qualified baker working at coles. I pretty much spend my day after work watching tv or gaming. Occasionally i'll play bass or guitar since i'm in a band. I'm pretty social on my nights off so i'll usually be out or i'll have friends over.
Compatible people
I need a housemate that respects sleep. As a baker I start work at 3am and am usually up around 2am. I'm pretty laid back but have been screwed over by previous housemates.
I'm looking for someone who's willing to help out with the cleaning and maintenance of the house. Along with possibly helping me to fix/renovate some things around the house.
Someone who loves music, a good drinking sesh, gaming or binging tv would fit in well.
Description of pets
I have 2 cats named hunter and leo. They are roughly 2 years old and are indoor. They do like to bolt out of the door if you don't pay attention.
Hunter is outgoing but will usually keep to himself unless his bored.
Leo is very timid and will run and hide to loud noises or lots of guests. But he is very effectionate and will pass out on your lap if you watch tv.
