I am a teacher and a nurse, and rarely at home, so new flat mate will have unit mostly to themselves.
Excellent location, minimal maintenance, unit is mostly empty but has a small table, a couch, washing machine and dryer.
Need quiet housemate/s as when I am home I am usually in-between shifts and resting.
Currently no internet but happy for new flatmate to set up own internet.
Aircon in living area but not in room.
Kitchen has all the basics and a dishwasher.
