Hello!
I have x2 rooms available for rent in Aveley, both rooms can come with a bed and bedsides at no extra cost. It’s a beautiful house that has plenty of space, natural lighting and greenery.
The home is a 2 minute walk to Woolworths and a lovely coffee shop, only 5 minutes to Ellenbrook central shopping centre. 30 min drive to Perth CBD and 20 min to the airport.
Being in Aveley means that we are located in the beautiful swan valley region, surrounded by gorgeous vineyards, wineries and breweries scattered throughout.
My ideal house mate would be a female who’s kind, respectful and clean. (Couples are also accepted)
