I am looking for a quiet and respectful tenant with a positive outlook on life. I value a tenant who is trustworthy and considerate. There are no anti-vaccination or conspiracy theorists here, and those kinds of views would be difficult for me to tolerate. I do not drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, but I am not opposed to a tenant who drinks in moderation or uses a vape outside. I would expect a tenant to keep their bedroom clean, and I do not allow food and drink (except for water) to be consumed on carpeted areas of the house, such as bedrooms. The main living area (kitchen, dining, and living) is well-equipped for this. I do not expect the tenant to do housework outside of their room, except to clean up after using the kitchen or barbecue.
Description of pets
I have two black and tan, smooth-coated miniature dachshunds, who are friendly and quite well-behaved. They are both sterilised females. I keep them clean, vaccinated and wormed. Sometimes they bark, but that is usual for dogs.
