looking for employed Females with no pets . only single occupancy , minimum 6 months stay expected . you can have your own furniture , how ever the room is furnished with king size bed and very expensive mattress . I have four bedrooms to rent out . 310/week includes bills ( will discuss when you come for viewing ) . We have two Large fridge and a chest freezer , enough space in pantry and you can bring your own cooking utensils or use ours which we don't have any issues with . No illicit drugs allowed in house or in premises . You will be living with the owners of the house , Myself and my wife . I work away so mostly she is home .
