Description of the home

Hello! Welcome to my home, it’s a 3 bed, 2 bath home with shared living space and kitchen. I’m 36, from NZ, FIFO and have a 5 year old Aussie Shepherd, she’s medium sized, super energetic and super friendly!
Mia is allowed indoors so be prepared for a bit of fluff or sand here and there.
Existing housemate is a 35 year old Brazilian, super friendly, works and studies in Perth.
The house is in Balga, quiet street, on street parking, secure property with no issues.
I’m part way through some DIY internally just painting and small bits and pieces, outdoors just some gardening, it’s coming along but not completed yet.
Rent is 2 weeks in advance and bills are included in the weekly rent, a bond is required equivalent to 2 weeks rent.
I have one medium sized unfurnished room become available, built in wardrobe, with heating/air conditioning, internal blinds, a roller shutter over the window and usage of a shared bathroom.
Ideal housemate is female (because of shared bathroom situation), of similar age, works in the city and is willing to assist with looking after the dog when I’m away for work.

Small walk to bus stop approx 200m, 15 minute drive to Trigg/North Beach, 20 minutes drive to the CBD or airport.
