Description of the home

Heyy, I have a medium sized room become available unexpectedly, housemate is moving due to work opportunities. Looking for someone similar age, male or female preferably working full time with similar interests. Would prefer someone social, not someone who spends most of their time in their room. Must be okay with dogs, I have one that LOVES people and she’s indoors to greet you with the ultimate excitement when you get home from work!

The room has a wardrobe, exterior shutters and A/C and heating. A shared bathroom and toilet with a FIFO worker. All bills included in amount advertised including power, water, gas, internet.

Shared responsibilities within the house, we’re both reasonably tidy but remember sometimes there’s dog fur or outdoor debris she brings inside. There is a possible option of garage usage otherwise it’s on street parking, which (touch wood) has been safe for the past two years I’ve been here. Exterior cameras fitted to the home for security.
I’m currently part way through some outdoor/garden renovations so not much to look at outside but eventually should be ideal!
Small walk to bus stop approx 200m, 15 minute drive to Trigg/North Beach, 20 minutes drive to the CBD or airport.
