This area is very safe and nice and my house views is small park in front of my home. I go to work Perth CBD it takes 15-20min from home that very central location here also easy to access to high way the very convenient location.
And there are many shopping centers around home so it's convenient to go shopping on the weekends. I live this place since 2016 that I have no issues at all and I love this area.
