CLEAN AS YOU GO (CLAYGO) Each PERSON is expected to clean after himself/herself. EACH TENANT ARE EXPECTED TO ABIDE THE HOUSE RULES. FINES WILL BE ENFORCED IF TENANT IS IN BREACH OF HOUSE RULES.
Note: Electricity bill is split evenly. TURN OFF lights and all electrical appliances from the wall especially TV and washing machine including fans, phone chargers and extension cords when not in use for safety to prevent overheating and incase of power outage.
