We are looking for someone to join us in our beautiful home from Dec- Jan, for long term.
There is street parking, 2 bedrooms to choose from. You will have your own bathroom. My partner does fifo so he is barely here so i’m looking for a girl who doesn’t really party but it good company to either have chill night with, or simply stay separate and do our own things. We are close to coles woolworths, revo gym, gas stations, and take away places and would love to talk more in detail if i think your a perfect candidate

Bills and expenses
We divide the bills evenly but my partner is fifo so especially in winter the bills are cheap especially split evenly. This inc gas electric water and wifi is a set price of $83, I will let you know if this ever changes and give you atleast a week notice if bills that are due and how much :) We also tend to slit costs of cleaning/ washing and toilet paper but if you didn’t want to it isn’t a deal breaker

I’m 21, he is 24. We tend to be home body’s when he is home as he works really hard. We like going out for dinners or lunches, seeing the world and spending time with people who are important to us. We don’t go out on the weekends much we prefer to stay in cook, watch a movie and go to bed early. We have a cat as well, he is a ragdoll but i promise you won’t even know he is there. I work full time but have Wednesdays and weekends off
