Air conditioning and heating rooms programmable.

• We're looking for someone friendly, personable/sociable, employed with a stable source of income, with no pets, good personal hygiene, willing to help with regular household chores, and preferably non-smoker

• We require a minimum of 6 months' stay, if possible

• Students, working holiday visa holders, FIFO workers and backpackers are all welcome

• Room is ideally suited for a single person. We may consider a couple, but weekly rent would have to be increased accordingly. (Frequent visits from boyfriends/girlfriends, family relatives, and the like—and who would frequently use home utilities as well—will likely incur extra charges, unfortunately.)

• Utility bills (𝘪.𝘦. electricity, gas, water, internet) can be included in the rent and common household items (𝘦.𝘨. dish-washing liquid and home cleaning liquids) are all included in the rent, subject to fair and responsible usage
