7 year old immaculate house. Large filtered sun lit Kitchen with beautiful appointments. Big lounge room. House layout provides private feel with your own toilet and bathroom. Awesome, huge grassed backyard surrounded by trees makes for a serene view from large Alfresco, whilst having a barbecue. It is a corner block with large front yard, like a park. Parking is outside on the drive, well off the road, ability to store car around the back though if needed.
Location on the good side of the railway line in Bassendean is perfect. It is very quiet as it is tucked away from main streets. Great neighbors surround this house. Cycling or bush walking down near the river a couple of hundred metres away and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere is the lifestyle here. Less than a Kilometre to shopping, entertainment, food, trains etc. Bus is less than 200 metres away. Airport minutes away.
There are one of two bedrooms that you can choose from. One at $250 size 4150x2860. One at $270 4170x3150. Both with built in robes. ( Furniture in photos can be removed to suit). Two rooms can be rented upon discussion.

My name is Laurie and and just turned 62 years of age. I keep busy with enjoying this awesome planet. Due to circumstance I have a need to share this awesome home with someone who can enjoy the benefits of it as well. There will only be me and occasionally small grandkids that will have a sleep over. They win everyones hearts and are truly enlightening.
I enjoy keeping fit, and want to keep riding my pushbikes on and off road.(No I'm not a mamil, their weird😊) Maybe a genteel triathlon later this year is on the cards as well as the Bibbulmin and Munda Biddi tracks etc.
I am moderate of habits, open and communicative and have no agendas. I am happy to renew my police clearance from my work days, if security desired.

Living in the home should include sharing a laugh, and a little companionship along the way. Always respecting each others privacy though due to the nature of the arrangements.
Cooking-We can discuss those arrangements later. Housework- You will be sharing that for the common areas, and maintaining your own bathroom etc. Yardwork- Its a large outdoor area, I would appreciate a small engagement in maintaining it, maybe rake a few leaves or water the plants.If you treat it as a home not a “house” then I believe we have an understanding.🤙
