Description of the home

The house is the rear house of two in a very quiet block in Bassendean. The room is big enough for a double bed and has a small built in robe. The house is fully furnished, including the bedroom, but if you would prefer your own furniture that could be arranged. The living spaces are semi open plan...........the kitchen and dining room are connected but the living room is on the opposite side of the entrance hall which allows for some privacy.

There is a nice courtyard in the backyard, lovely easy care gardens and an off street car bay for you. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, the Bassendean Train Station is an 8 minute walk and it is about a 10 minute walk to the local shopping centre........there are neighbourhood shops closer. For nature and fitness lovers, the river is only a 15 minute walk away.

Bills and expenses

The power and water bills are included in the cost of the rent. There is no internet connected at the house. Any cleaning costs incurred will be split between the two of us.
