Hello everyone!

We have a 5x3 house in Bateman and are keen on renting out one of the rooms, as our room mate is sadly leaving us!! The bedroom available basically has its own ensuite and there is obviously parking for you too! As the other two main rooms have ensuites attached, the main toilet and bathroom are all yours - with shower and bath (your bathroom would be the biggest in the house, see pics below!). We are two mid 20 year old girls who both work full time, one a teacher and one in marketing at a private business. We are both non smokers, don’t have pets, are clean individuals who keep to themselves and honestly are hardly home between work, gym, holidays, hobbies and travel! We would be looking for a female similar age, who shares similar values, also works full time, is tidy, willing to help out cleaning and gardening, is happy to put their name on the lease and is keen to stay for 12 months - with potential to extend! (Looking for someone long term, provided all goes well vibes wise)

Rent is $566.67 each a fortnight (split evenly, odd number I know)
not including bills (bills are super super cheap - due to us hardly ever being home). An idea of bills is every 3 months -

Gas - $50
Electricity - $70

The house is very modern - built in 2018. It is completely furnished - obviously besides your bedroom and is genuinely located in the most ideal location! As I said, fully furnished; couch, tv, fridge, washing machine, drier, spare rooms, dish washer, desk, dining table, outdoor setting with fire pit, etc. The bedroom available and the bathroom will have no furniture - but has a decent sliding door wardrobe - see pics.

Very close to Cockburn train station, near several bus lines and quite central to anything you’d need - city, freo, east Perth, coast, etc.

If you are a female, similar age, work full time, with similar values and are interested, please flick me a message! Again, chasing someone who works full time, keeps to themselves a bit but also keen for social outings on weekends. Not wanting a room mate who constantly brings people over, is messy, won’t help clean, up late at night, etc.
