A room is available in Beaconsfield now. Longer-term living arrangements are preferred, but we're happy to consider shorter agreements. Sorry, no cats or dogs.

Your bedroom is a massive 4.65m x 4.5m with a 2.8m wide built-in robe, queen bed, bedding, bedside drawers, desk chair, and chest of drawers.

Our home has two communal living spaces that adjoin the open-plan kitchen.

You'll share a well-appointed bathroom with 2 ladies and one fellow, all around 30 years and working. Features a separate shower, a 3-person bath, and a toilet located off . Everyone's timetable is different so bathroom usage is considerate.

It's a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom, insulated brick home with two separate flanks offering additional privacy.

A massive outdoor entertaining area is flanked by a garden bed. There's also an outdoor studio.

Sharing bills keeps everyone mindful of our consumption and how it impacts each of us. Bills each week total approximately $12.60 per week for each person which includes power, gas and water.
