Room is available in Beaconsfield. Longer living arrangements are preferred, happy to consider shorter agreements. No cats or dogs sorry.

Your bedroom is 4.1m x 3m with a 2m wide built-in robe, queen bed, bedding, bedside drawers, and chest of drawers.

Our home offers 2 communal living spaces which adjoin the open-plan kitchen.
You have a well-appointed bathroom to share. Separate shower to 3-person bath (toilet off laundry).

5-bed 2-bath insulated brick home. The home has two separate flanks offering additional privacy. we have a singles room and a couples room available, the bathroom which you will share.

A massive outdoor entertaining area is flanked by a garden bed where we grow vegetables. There is also a dry secure outdoor storage area.

Sharing costs equally between 3-5 housemates.
Services sharing costs include electricity, gas, and water. Broadband NBN internet is included in the rent.
Cleaning is a shared and expected duty. outdoor maintenance is provided.
Sharing bills keeps everyone mindful of our consumption and how it impacts each of us. Bills each week total approximately $12.60 per week for each person which includes power, gas and water.
