House Guidelines
To respect varied work and sleep schedules, use of the kitchen, lounge and washing machine are restricted between 9:00pm – 5:00am All tenants are expected to clean up after themselves in shared areas.

If you wish to secure the room without viewing the property in person, I will require the following prior to providing the house number:
• Your email address (so I can send the sublet agreement and T&Cs)
• Government ID (passport, driver’s licence, or photo ID card)
• Payment of the bond via bank transfer (after you have read the sublet and provided the ID)

Hey, I’m Tegs. I started renting out my rooms on a short-term basis a few years ago. I have a busy lifestyle and work full-time, so I am rarely seen out of my room. I am out of the house Monday to Friday between 6am – 4:30pm, and on weekends I am out or in my room.

My home has character (if you couldn’t tell from the photos), and she’s an old build - the windows and pipes do make noise, but it’s a safe and secure place to stay.
Compatible people
It is a small house, and you’ll have access to the kitchen and dining area to eat, but generally everyone keeps to their own rooms or is out of the house - it’s more of a quiet, independent setup rather than a social house. Both tenants meal prep once a week, I can't recall the last time anyone used the oven. If you are someone who enjoys cooking for hours every night, then best to keep looking as my home won't be suitable.

As I get up early, I am strict about noise after 9pm and I ask that in common areas you keep it considerate at all hours (eg: if you want to listen to music while in the kitchen, chuck on your headphones).
