• Government ID (passport, driver’s licence, or photo ID card)
• Payment of the bond via bank transfer (after you have read the sublet and provided the ID)

My home has character (if you couldn’t tell from the photos), and she’s an old build - the windows and pipes do make noise, but it’s a safe and secure place to stay.
There is a medium-long term renter in one of the rooms, male in his late 20's. He is also out of the house from 5:30am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.
As I get up at 4am, I am strict about noise after 9pm and I ask that in common areas you keep it considerate at all hours (eg: if you want to listen to music while in the kitchen, chuck on your headphones).
