We are looking for a 3rd housemate to come join our humble abode
Bond needs to be upfront of $1040.
And your rent also upfront.
Rent is $260 per week and all bills split between 3.
Internet roughly $22 each per month.
We do also have cleaners come every couple of months which is $33 each.
I am 36 i work shift work so come and go at all times. Shanaye is 22 and works Mon-Fri.
You will be sharing a bathroom with Shanaye and if you have a car you will have to park in the visitors bays which there is heaps of or there is some other spots for parking but usually get taken quickly.
There is a mini upstairs living area near the bedroom you will be able to put whatever you like in there!
We aren’t a party house but we do like to have a meal together from time to time.
As you can see we have just moved in so don’t quite have everything set up just yet!
