This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Beeliar. It has a great kitchen, open plan dining and living area with a comfortable lounge with reclining sofas and television. Home has polished floorboards throughout, reverse cycle air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, large oven, your own large fridge and an espresso machine. We're in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the bus, shops, school, chemist, doctor, dentist, pub, take away and more. Our beach is only 5 minutes drive and same distance to at least a couple of our local gyms and sporting centre.
Less than 10 mins will see you at Cockburn Central. We have a lovely park directly opposite with 2 more within a couple of minutes walk. Great for jogging or a casual stroll. Parks have BBQ areas too. We also have a lovely alfresco with all the home comforts, BBQ, plants and cool lighting. A bike or motorbike can fit in garage if needed. Car parking is available on the paved verge in front of the house. We are on a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac.

I have a partner and his name is Terry. He is awesome. He is now an Australian Citizen. He is a qualified Painter Decorator running his own business. Terry has a good sense of humour and enjoys he's music. He has worked in FIFO and is now enjoying the home lifestyle. He enjoys putting his headphones on and cranking up the volume to his favourite music at any time without it bothering anyone. He enjoys the outdoors, jogging, beach walks and all things nature including camping. He's no good in the kitchen though.
